TRAVEL AND TRANSFERS
Whether you’re travelling to the Summit from overseas or within Sweden, Skellefteå Airport is the easiest way to get here with SAS. When you’ve landed, there’s a coach service into the city which stops at all major hotels. Or you can book a taxi to pick you up via Skellefteå Taxi. Both of these options will be available to take you back to the airport on Wednesday.

HOTEL
We included some potential hotel choices on the Summit website, but if you need any further help, please don’t hesitate to let us know.

PROGRAMME
We hope that you’ll be able to join us at Monday’s networking reception - it’s a great opportunity to make connections

before the event begins the following day. The detailed programme can be found on the last page.

VENUE
Everything will take place at the elegant Nordanå Theatre, which is at the heart of a scenic cultural and outdoor area near the centre of Skellefteå. Monday’s networking drinks and Tuesday’s dinner will take place at Taps&.

FOOD
As you’ll see from the programme below, food and drink will be provided throughout the day at the Summit. If you have any special dietary requests that you need us to consider, please let us know as soon as possible.

LANGUAGE
As we have an international audience at the event, all sessions will take place in English.

ROUNDTABLE DISCUSSIONS
As outlined in the programme below 3 roundtable discussions are planned on Tuesday 27th August. We’ll reveal the specific topics on the day, but these sessions are designed to bring together delegates working towards similar goals or tackling the same challenges.

We’re also excited to hear your ideas! If you have a topic that you’d like to explore in a roundtable discussion, you’ll be able to share it with us at the Summit. So start planning now - the most popular ideas will then run in the Audience Choice slot on Wednesday morning.

SOCIAL MEDIA
We would love you to share your experiences and insights from the Nordic EdTech Summit on social media. Don’t forget to tag us in when posting on LinkedIn. Using our event hashtag #NETS24 wherever you can also helps amplify the conversation.

Please also use the ”I’m attending” image that’s attached to this email before the event to let your network know that you’ll be at the event.

VISITING SKELLEFTEÅ
If there is anything in particular you would like to see or do while in Skellefteå, or anyone you would like to meet at the Summit, please let us know and we will do our best to organise it for you.

ORGANISING TEAM
If you have any questions before or during your visit to the Nordic EdTech Summit, please don’t hesitate to contact us.
